exercise for older women should be fun or the motivation to do it often would not be there·older women should not jog much to avoid sagging of the face and bust·
avoid eating heavy meal before doIng exercise·you can do exercise at home by dancing to music you like and moving you body and arms for at least an hour four times a week·most women in our society often have lots of fats on the stomach which is bad for the health·so stomach exercise must be done very day·
